3. Delivery: VFA arranges pick-ups from artists and delivery to the installation site free of charge. A ‘reasonable’ exchange and return policy assures your satisfaction.
4. Fees: leases are for a minimum of 6 months. Month to month extensions may be made for installed artwork. 100% of the first sex month‘s rental fees may be applied to the purchase of the rented work. Fees are based on a work‘s value as established by the artist’s sales record and self - assessment. Fees and Sales Tax are payable prior to installation. Renters agree to indemnify artwork against loss or damage.
