Vamp Fine Art unique acquisition process offers several methods by which our clients can access our vault. To purchase artwork from VFA you may contact us directly or fill out our "Buyer Request Form". Our specialized staff of art consultants is comprised of experience in the fine art world and academic achievements. In order to optimize and effectively assist you in the procurement process we suggest you provide us as much information and details possible. Aside from the specific artists or type of art you pursue we like to establish more information about our clients, their lifestyle and preferred environments. Ultimately we establish a clear understanding of what our clients want and desire. Our articulate and careful resourcing allow VFA to offer a guarantee some prince back to all our client.
Upon delivery of your artwork your consultant will contact you directly to verify receipt and that you are satisfied with your acquisition.VFA offers a 48 hour approval period from the time the art is delivered to approve your acquisition. All custom order and commission cannot be returned. If the art work is to be returned there are a few formalities that need to addressed during the grace period of 48hours. All claims will have to be notified to VFA in writing within 48 hours of approval period, the claim will state in details reason for return.
Authentication: VFA tracks the provenance of the artwork that it purchases outright or co-signed by requesting from the seller pertinent information, prior sales documentation, certificates of authenticity, catalog references, museum verification and expert opinions as needed for certain work. In some cases, listed artwork does not have the original documentation and we do our very best to track the source of the work and present the artwork as it, based on information that is readily available in the market.
